Students will learn how to audition successfully for musical theater productions, choirs, and talent shows. Lessons will focus on vocal or piano technique, song selection, memorization, stage presence, dramatic dialogue, and confidence.  The importance of proper audition attire and greeting the judges will also be addressed.

Students have successfully auditioned for select choirs and musical theater productions at Lionville and Downingtown Middle Schools, Downingtown East and West High Schools, Downingtown STEM Academy, Barley Shaef Players, Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center, and The Center of Performing and Fine Arts (CPFA) at the Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School.
